Our Approach
Cathays has pioneered an approach to management and financial consulting that is fact-based, analytical, and drawn from core business values. We approach all assignments with due diligence and care and are in touch with the clients at all times during the assignment.
We usually ask the client to set up a project team with which we can interact and who can become a part of the change agents within organizations we work for. Our approach is participatory, which considers the multiple dimensions of change processes, promotes stakeholder commitment to, and ensures ownership of the output.
Our reports are based on principled analysis, research, interactions with staff and senior management, diagnostic tools for evaluation and assessment and provide prescriptions that are applicable and appropriate.
The process does not end with reports only but includes support for implementation. Where required, Cathays would continue to meet with senior management and selected staff to assess how well our prescriptions are being implemented. Regular monitoring and feedback is also used to ensure the achievement of targets.
Our approach is always interactive, time conscious and demand driven.
